We charge a one off minimum administration fee per instruction of £15.00 + VAT. (preferential rates are negotiable on volume instructions)
This fee covers all set up costs, letters, telephone calls, monitoring of instalment plans, preparation of claims forms etc. (there are no hidden costs)
Commission is charged on funds recovered as follows:
